This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Versa UI Design System ("Product"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Versa UI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Permitted Usage
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Versa UI:
• For personal projects
• For commercial projects
• For client work (unlimited projects)
You may modify the design system to suit your brand or project needs. However, these modifications remain covered by the same license and restrictions.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license Versa UI, whether in original or modified form.
• Use Versa UI to create derivative design systems or component libraries for resale or distribution.
• Share access to the Product with individuals or teams outside your organization or client team.
• Make Versa UI publicly available (e.g., in public repositories or file-sharing platforms).
3. Ownership
Versa UI is the intellectual property of its creator. Purchasing this product does not transfer ownership. It grants you a license to use the files under the terms mentioned.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed. We strongly encourage users to review all sample files, previews, and documentation before purchasing.
5. Liability
The product is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. The creator shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of Versa UI.
6. Termination
This license will be terminated automatically if any of the terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop all use of Versa UI and delete all copies.
7. Updates
Minor updates or fixes may be shared at the discretion of the creator. Users are responsible for downloading and integrating any updates manually.
